9. Payments

Buy purchasing Car Lot Creator, the user agrees to make all payments on time and further acknowledges that any service(s) purchased from Car Lot Creator may be temporarily or permanently stopped at any time if payment is not made by the specified due date. Of any services that require monthly payments it is required that any due payments are made within two weeks of the monthly renewal date. Of any services that require yearly payments it is required that any due payments are made within the one month of the yearly renewal date.

  

10. Cancellation of Service 

In the event that a customer decides to cancel their service with Car Lot Creator a refund of 90% will be given only in the event that the customer pays in advance for 1 year of service and cancels within the first 30 days. The remaining 10% will be kept by Car Lot Creator to cover the cost of setup fee's. In the event Car Lot Creator purchase a domain for a customer and the customer wishes to purchase that domain, it will be only by the terms set by Car Lot Creator.
